Product Previews
Available for corporate buyers, Aalto offers the opportunity to preview items before buying. We will simply send you a sample of a product for you to see. Just return the item (in its original condition and packaging) within three weeks and no charges will be applied to your credit card (a major credit card must be provided prior to shipment).

Exchange Privileges
Although you've tried to pick out the perfect gift, it's hard to make everyone happy. The packing slip which accompanies your gift has simple instructions for exchanging the gift for another item from Aalto.com. Please note that holiday returns and exchanges are accepted through January 20th, 2013.

Order Early for Holiday Delivery
It's a busy time for all of us. Large holiday orders should be placed as far in advance as possible. Although we do our best to accommodate holiday orders placed as late as mid-December, some supplies of items are limited as the holiday nears.
