• We request that all items be returned to Aalto.com in first-quality condition. All items returned in damaged condition may result in charges.

• We appreciate your prompt return of loaned items. Please contact us if you need to keep items longer than the agreed loan period.

• We are happy to loan items free of charge when Aalto.com is mentioned within the article, photo, or on the same page our items are featured. Please credit “Aalto.com, (www.aalto.com, Toll-free 866-517-5177)” unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We charge a minimal fee of 20% of the retail price for loaned items not accompanied by a Aalto.com credit.

• If you are working with us for the first time we may request a letter insuring the products.
